Food Korabuy is a multivendor food marketplace that connects customers with independent restaurants, cafés, and food vendors in Mozambique. Food Korabuy does not prepare, cook, or deliver food itself unless explicitly stated; these services are provided by third-party vendors and delivery partners.

2. Eligibility

To use Food Korabuy, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under supervision of a legal guardian

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Food Korabuy is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

4. Orders and Payments

a) Placing Orders

  • All orders are placed directly with independent vendors through the platform

  • Menu items, prices, and availability are set by vendors and may change without notice

b) Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers

  • Food Korabuy does not store full payment card information

  • By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount displayed, including applicable fees and taxes

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed by a vendor, it may not be canceled

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the vendor’s policy and the nature of the issue

  • Food Korabuy may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee refunds

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Restaurants and vendors using Food Korabuy agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and menu information

  • Comply with local health, safety, and food regulations

  • Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner

Food Korabuy is not responsible for food quality, preparation, or hygiene.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays

  • Food Korabuy is not liable for late deliveries caused by vendors or delivery partners

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with platform security or functionality

  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful content

  • Harass vendors, delivery personnel, or other users

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Food Korabuy, including logos, design, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Food Korabuy and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Food Korabuy is not liable for food quality, allergic reactions, or vendor actions

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Food Korabuy from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Disputes with vendors or third parties

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Food Korabuy at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

Food Korabuy may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique, without regard to conflict of law principles.
