  • Prepared food items cannot be returned once delivered or picked up

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

  • Food Korabuy does not control bank or payment gateway delays


5. Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of the order is affected:

6. Vendor Responsibility

  • Food vendors are responsible for food preparation and order accuracy

  • Approved refunds may be deducted from vendor payouts

  • Repeated issues may result in vendor account review or suspension


7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference or personal dislike

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

  • Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure


8. Fraud Prevention

  • Reject refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in refund misuse
